Top 5 Wednesday is one of my favorite days. Wednesday is pretty great in general, I think, and I love the added bonus of having everyone's lists to look forward to. I've been doing T5W since February (see the first one here) These brief lists are so much fun to put together, and just as much fun to read.
This week we're writing about the five authors we definitely need more from. I have a lot, so it's been a little hard to cull this down to just 5!
Laini Taylor
I've read all of the Daughter of Smoke & Bone series, and am about 125 pages into Strange The Dreamer and am already sad about it being over. I just need more from her all the time.
Elle Kennedy
I'm garbage for a good New Adult series, and loved the Off Campus series. She has some other series about men in uniform, which have never necessarily appealed to me, but maybe it's time to make that leap?
Kiersten White
This year I read And I Darken, and it's probably my favorite read of the year so far. I loved Lada and Radu so much, and I need Now I Rise to hurry up and come out. (And, in case you missed it, Kiersten White is writing a Buffy YA book series and I'm losing it a little but I swear it's ONLY A LITTLE.)
Ashley Poston
I recently read and absolutely loved Geekerella. It's a Cinderella meets nerd culture YA and was so fun. Her series Radio Hearts sounds pretty adorable too, so I hope to check it out soon! You can see my review of Geekerella here.
Tessa Dare
I recently shot all my #AVAreadathon and #TomeTopple goals to hell, and it's all Tessa Dare's fault. I spent at least a week reading 3 or 4 of her books. I wish I could say I regret all the decisions, but mostly I just want all the rest of them immediately.
