There are so many books I want to get my hands on, like, right this second. Like, if I got them, I'd take a vacation day just to be able to stay home and read them.
I am pretty lucky in that I get Advanced Reader Copies of many books, but that doesn't mean that all the ones I want are available--or that I get approved for every book I want. There are SO MANY that I don't/can't get early. And ever since I realized that getting books early was even A Thing, this realization has not ceased to make me so sad.
Today's post is about those books I'd slay a lion for (or steal out of some other blogger's bag if their back was turned).* And I know that it's Top 10 Tuesday (Thursday?) and all, but I'm not trying to be greedy here: Here are FIVE books I wanna get my grubby hands on ASAP.
*I might be joking, but I might not be. I'll let you be the judge of that.
And Empirium #2 from Claire Legrand (currently untitled, but basically Furyborn #2) that doesn't even have a "Cover Reveal Coming Soon" fake-cover on Goodreads...probably because the first one isn't even officially out yet.
What are some books you'd steal from a baby just to have the chance to read early? What's that baby doing with that book anyway?
