Top 10 Tuesday: 2019 Releases!

Standalones That Need A Sequel Top Ten Tuesday with What She's Read

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

Happy Tuesday, y'all! We're nearly halfway through 2019. Time flies when you're having fun, I guess...or whatever your predominant emotion for 2019 has become.

For Top 10 Tuesday, what almost-halfway-through-the-year means is that we look ahead to those books that have yet to come out this year and start plotting our TBR lists.

It's a great year for books, y'all. Keep reading for a glimpse ten of my most anticipated book releases for the second half of 2019. Many of these are new releases by authors I already follow or continuation of series, though there are a few debuts on here, as well! Click on the book cover to check it out on Goodreads.

Twice in A Blue Moon by Christina Lauren | What She's Read

I'll read anything Christina Lauren puts out, but a second chance romance? Give it to me, already. (Releases Oct 22, 2019)

The Play (Briar U 3) by Elle Kennedy | What She's Read

Off-Campus is my absolute favorite sports romance series, and I've been loving the Briar U series so far. It's basically Off-Campus: The New Class, except we still know a lot of the characters. Super excited for Hunter's story! (Releases Oct 7, 2019)

The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern | What She's Read

This one is a bit of a gimme, probably, but I can't wait for Erin Morganstern's sophomore book! (Releases Nov 5, 2019)

War by Laura Thalassa | What She's Read

For those of you not in the know, The Four Horsemen series by Laura Thalassa is about women who fall in love with the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Yes, like the Biblical one. Pestilence came first, as it does, was a hell of a ride. I needed the second book in the Four Horsemen series two months ago, but I guess I can wait until it comes out EVENTUALLY [in 2019]. (Releases soon???, 2019)

The Beautiful by Renee Ahdieh | What She's Read

I had a chance to meet Renee Ahdieh at BookCon this year, but I got too nervous/overwhelmed and stood in some other line instead. But I'm super excited for her romantic murder mystery staring vampires in New Orleans! (Releases Oct 8, 2019)

The Queen of Nothing by Holly Black | What She's Read

Okay, you knew this was going to be on here. Though I am also sad about it being the actual end, so it's very possible I may put off reading it for a while. (Releases Nov 19, 2019)

The Wallflower Wager (Girl Meets Duke #3) by Tessa Dare | What She's read

Give me every Tessa Dare book immediately, and espeically this one about a girl who rescues all the animals and the duke who is going to help her find forever homes for them all. (Releases Aug 13, 2019)

Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo | What She's Read

All I know is that I have to be there for Leigh Bardugo's adult debut. I wish the internet would stop spoiling stuff, though! (Releases Oct 1, 2019)

House of Salt and Sorrows by Erin A. Craig | What She's Read

One of my most anticipated debut novels of the year, House of Salt and Sorrows is based on the story of the Twelve Dancing Sisters and promises to be dark, terrifying, and gorgeous. My fave. (Releases Aug 6, 2019)

The Good Luck Girls by Charlotte Nicole Davis | What She's Read

I got to see Charlotte Nicole Davis on a panel at BookCon, and I loved how she talked about her book. It's described as Westworld meets Haidmaid's Tale and is centered around female relationships. Give it to me now! (Releases Oct 1, 2019)

Are you excited for any of these 2019 releases? What are some of the books I need to add to my list? Let me know!
